Antonio Carlos Jobim, along with Joao Gilberto (think "Getz/Gilberto"), is the cool mofo that gave northern hemisphere white folks the bossa nova. Per my opinion, he is the boss of the bossa nova. This record is so very smoooove that no matter how clenched-up I am "Wave" mellows me out. Best 9 bucks I ever spent. Please enjoy.
And besides, "Captain Bacardi" is the best title evar for a song.
